What We Do While We Wait

Unlike other people, I like going to the hospital. I remember when I was a kid my mom does not want any of us to go to the hospital. It may be because of the trauma that she had when she was little or it was maybe because of the viruses and diseases that we can catch when we go there. It was not really explained why. But I sort of understand why. Now, since I do not have any yaya for my daughter nor do I have any plans of hiring one, I take her anywhere with me and that includes the hospital. My daughter and I like going to the hospital and check-out medical scrubs and uniforms. We always observe, discuss and pick which we like best. My daughter almost always chooses pink nursing uniforms. I take into consideration the entire get-up and include nurses shoes in my assessment. Hehhehe! The doctors and the nurses do not have any idea when we look at them. They do not know that they were being graded on how their uniforms look (including their shoes) and how they are able to carry them. I think some of them are from Scrubs and Beyond because I see some of the designs and the cut of the scrubs being worn at some of the medical staff at the hospital. Suffice to say that they always get my vote.
