My daughter already expresses the desire to become a doctor once she grows old. Hearing that makes us so happy. Although, I know that she will still change her mind every so often. Maybe it is the fact that my husband works closely with doctors and nurses that inspires her to become one. She wants to work where her daddy works. You see my husband works at one of the popular hospitals in the metro. He is not a doctor. Although my daughter thinks that he is, to be a little more specific, he is in Information Technology you see. So whenever I have doctor's check-up or whenever we come to visit my hubby at his place of work, we always see people in nursing scrubs. Of course we see them in all shapes and sizes. I wonder if they order their scrubs from Scrubs and Beyond.
Sometimes we get to eat lunch with them too. So I see nurses and doctors wearing petite scrubs and tall scrubs. My husband said that the color of the scrubs depend on the type of job that you have. So the blue scrubs are for surgeons and the purple ones are for medical technicians, etc. Although, I noticed that the clinic of the doctor of my daughter wear more fashionable scrubs. Maybe because they deal with kids so they wear more colorful and cute ones.
