Online Investments

I have been kind of lax this month when it came to my online work. I wanted to take it easy for awhile as I feel that I no longer have the energy and the desire to work. But since I have been keeping tabs on my income ever since I started working at home, I am quite shaken with what I have earned this month. Seriously, I think I will only reach around 1/3 of my monthly online earnings. I can only blame myself. Tsk! Tsk! Good thing there are a lot of online investments that I can rely on. That is why I can always Make profit any time and anywhere! This is also why I am not worried as there are things that I can do that will give me reliable profits for a long time. I am talking about on-line investments baby!

If you are interested, well you should think about nano stocks, nano profit, investments into nanotechnology and profit from nanotechnology.

Family Bonding Time At The Zoo

Do you know where we have been today? We went to Avilon Zoo. Even if I slept at around 3:00 am to finish this thing I was supposed to finish, I woke up at 8 am to wake them up too because my daughter wanted to go to a zoo for the longest time now. She is into animals these days and my husband and our daughter would talk about tigers and lions everyday.
Avilon Zoo 2009

Having family field trips are so much better than school field trips don't you think? There is no pressure of time and you can leave whenever you want to go and go anywhere you please. Hehe. Nothing can equal family bonding activities. This is why I am hoping we could someday bring our daughter to the happiest place on earth. Someday soon I hope. :P

I wonder when we will be able to bring our daughter to Disneyland. I am sure she will have so much fun there. My husband will too. I am sure! I remember the first time I went to Disneyland I was like a kid. I was everywhere. I was with my cousins D and E at that time and they patiently lined up with me at every ride. My favorite ride was the one that featured Peter Pan. I really felt like I was flying. So as early as now I am checking out Disney Tickets. Who knows? We might be fortunate enough to go before my Visa expires. (Cross fingers here.)

Friends

Last night, I met up with my old friends. Of course, I brought my daughter with me. After all, she is my partner-in-crime. I was super duper late. In fact an hour late because of the horrible traffic in the libis area! It was horrible!

So anyways, as soon as I arrived we ate, caught up with what has been happening in our lives and just enjoyed each other's company. We spent most of the time beside the pool and went up after 10 pm to my friend R's condo unit. Her husband F played the cello for us and my hubby strummed the guitar. F is really unbelievable. He is one talented fellow. I was glad my friend ended up with a guy like him.

We were having so much fun that I forgot to take pictures until the very last minute. Oh well, better late than never right? Hehehe.

I wonder when will I see them again. The last time I saw them was over 2 years ago (i think) except for G whom I bumped at McDonald's near our place. In fact, last night we were already planning our next get together and G wants to host the next bash. I had so much fun yesterday. My daughter did too as she hasn't stopped talking about her Tito F.

Til then ! See ya!

Bankard Friends

Saturday 9: The Last Time

1. When was the last time you bought something for someone else, and what was it? Well, I bought food last night for the get together that we had. But that included me. Lets see. Hmm I also bought a map to Subic for my husband. Does that count? It would benefit me as well. :)

2. When was the last time you complimented someone, and what was their reaction? I complimented my friends G and R last night. They are so thin now and they look so good.

3. When was the last time you had to return a purchase to the store? What was it and why? Three months ago, I returned a jacket because it was too snug for my daughter.

4. When was the last time you had an ice cream cone? The other day

5. When was the last time you had to go to the doctor's office? I went there last Tuesday for my daughter's medical history that is one of the requirements of one of the schools that we are currently looking at. Since we were there already and she was due for a shot, she had one. I think it was on Typhoid.

6. When was the last time you were embarrassed by something you did? What was it and what happened? Just last week (last saturday), I danced to the song Nobody with the other 4 mommies that were there. It was a contest and my daughter wanted me to win.

7. When was the last time a stranger was kind to you? Yesterday

8. When was the last time you locked yourself out of your home? What did you do? I have never locked myself out.

9. When was the last time you thought about cheating (on anything, a test or a person)? Just now, I am trying to cheat my way out of this question. Hahahahaa! Joke! The last time probably was when I was still studying.. and you know what we were caught and it was a horrible experience that I vowed I would never do it again. My classmates in college probably hated me for it because I never let anybody copy from my paper.

About Last Night

We arrived so late yesterday evening. In fact it was already morning when we got home but we had so much fun. You see I was able to meet up with my old friends. Friends from the office where I used to work at. We spent the night eating and just enjoying each other's company.

The great thing with them is we do not have to plan any other activity. My other friends would require certain activities just to get the night going such as paintball and we would have to rent an airsoft rifle. But not them. They were really quite content to having a relaxing evening. My kind of evening actually.

So anyways, I wonder if they will like the idea of paintball the next time we would meet up or wall climbing perhaps. My friend G is inviting me for a yoga session. Hehehe. Let's see shall we. We could relax at night and be strenuous during the day.

Friday Plans

I wonder if the plans will push through on Friday. You see my friends (my friends back when I was still working) planned this thing that will happen on Friday. It is supposed to be a pre-Christmas bash thing. So I will be bringing my daughter with me. Hehe.

Meeting with them will probably bring back memories of office work. Although I will never go back. I know my place and my place is with my daughter. But I have always believed that once an HR always an HR. So every time I would see a good Employee monitoring system, I would analyze it and think that it would the company some good if it was implemented. Hopefully, I will be able to talk to some of them soon. Catch up and just to check how they are doing and probably mention this monitoring system that will really help them out. Make them do less administrative work and more HR work. Employees need to feel that somebody cares.

100 Days 'Til Christmas

Yes, the countdown has started. We only have 100 days left before Christmas. Don't you feel pressured? I am! Especially since I want to give really nice things for the people whom I love and who showed me generosity throughout the year.

I wonder if I can save enough for a Patek Philippe watch. How I wish! I hope to be able to save in time for Christmas this year. But I can save for it for 2 years and then give it to them. I sure hope that I will be able to give both my parents one each.

Well, I want one for myself too if anybody asks. Hehe.

Cooking Dash 2 Or Cooking Dash : DinerTown Studios

I need to reinvent this blog. Since, I have been filling my other blog with family stuff. Maybe this blog should be about me and only me. My daughter has taken over my other blog. Hehehe.

So anyways, just to update.

One of the games that I was able to finish last week was Cooking Dash 2. I made mention of the first cooking dish at my other blog. My sister told me about the 2nd Cooking Dash so I immediately checked it out and downloaded it. I love time management games especially those that has anything to do with Flo and her family, friends, grandmother, etc.

If you haven't tried any of the Diner Dash or Cooking Dash games, I seriously think that you should. You will get so addicted to it.

Trouble on the set! Flo’s friend needs help feeding the cast and crew of her TV show. Prepare, cook, assemble and serve the delicious menu items from each TV-themed restaurant. Can you successfully feed the egos and stomachs of the cast and crew and keep them from walking off the set in Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios?

Car Maintenance

Do you know that I feel like a man now? I have done things that I haven't done before. The other day I brought the car to a vulcanizing shop to have one of the tires repaired. Good thing my dad noticed the flat tire or else I would be in big trouble somewhere in the middle of the road. He had one of his workers pump air into it but he told me I had to bring it to a shop to have the tire checked and I did. I no longer waited for my busy husband to do so. That's not all as I also placed water inside this tube thingy inside the hood of the car for the windshield wiper spray thing. I do not even know what it's called! My dad thought that the car overheated. Ha haha! Anyways, I did it all by myself!

The car is already 5 years old and even if it's well-maintained, I think its better to buy a new one. We could always bring it to a used cars sales shop. Anyways, there is a site called www.buyyourcar.co.uk where you can look for new cars, used cars, car leasing and even cars for hire depending on your need for the moment. It is a convenient online car sales shop that makes shopping for cars convenient.
