Assessment Week

This week is my daughter's assessment week. So my days are filled with making her reviewers daily and prepping her for the exams. Nights are spent doing my online work. Hehehe. Yes, it surely is a busy week. Even if I am a little bit frustrated and impatient at times. I still treasure moments like this. I know there will come a time when she will no longer approach me to teach her. There will come a time when I will not know the answer to her lessons. And there will also come a time when she will be the one to teach me. I just hope that she will have more patience for me. Hehehe. Actually, it is already happening now. she sometimes tells me what to wear and she sometimes fixes my hair.  She even gives me skin advice! I am not kidding! I cannot even tell her what shoes to wear anymore. She picks them herself.

If there is one thing that you should know about my daughter is, she knows how to fix herself up. I am not like that. I do not care how I look like. There are days when I am lucky if I get to comb my hair twice. Good thing I have straight hair so sometimes it doesn't show. Well, I hope it doesn't. Hehehe. She lovingly touches my make-up. I sometimes see my (seldom used) make-up inside her vanity kit. Although, she knows that she is not allowed to use them yet.  If her interest in make-up doesn't wane when she gets older, I will probably ask her if she wants to go to a Cosmetology School.   If that is her interest, why not?  We can even go together if she likes and we can build our own salon.
