Christmas Party Ideas

It's Christmas time once again. Normally, I do not look forward to this time because of all the things that had to be done at the office. Being in charge of Employee Relations took out the fun of Christmas parties and all. We always had to work every time there is an occasion. Although I do not really mind because that was my job but you have to understand that it was very stressful. Even if it was stressful it was still exciting because I had to think of many different party ideas and the execution had to be just right. So you have to choose people who will be able to host the party. You have to choose the perfect prizes that all the employees will want to have. You have to choose the games that are trendy and hip and others. Although our employees are really very low maintenance so it does not have to be extravagant prizes. To be honest, I think they just want to have something to bring home, a prize that they can brag about at home. And they just want to have fun.

Last year, I was also in charge of the games for the YC Ministry for the organization that I belong to during the Christmas party as well. I do not know if this is my calling but it seems that I always get assigned in this area.
