Property Management
So many homeowners here in our city are selling their properties because of what happened last month. I do not blame them. It was really traumatic. Thus, the land that were priced at 10 Million Pesos is now down to 1 million. I do not know if any body will be interested in buying them because of the trauma that the place experienced. But land is still in land so I am sure it is still a good investment. You do not have to live on it, you can just buy the land and see what happens. Who know? Maybe it's value will increase again someday.
Maybe these homeowners should seek the advice of somebody who is an expert in Real Property Management. It will not hurt. In fact, a company called RPM Midwest has received the "Franchise of the Year - Honorable Mention" award. I know there are also a lot of people who are looking for people who will rent their apartments and it is hard for them to just rent it out to anybody. They need people who will not only use the place but they also need them to take care of it. So RPM Midwest is a real great place to contact if you want somebody to manage your place. They help the owners find people who will buy or rent the place. They collect the rental fee and they inspect the property at least thrice per year to make sure that the people who are making use of it are taking care of the place.

Paranormal Activity
Don't go watching it if you do not have the heart or should I say the balls for it. I was able to watch it yesterday, I downloaded it via the internet. It messes with your mind. It did with mine yesterday and it still does today. To tell you the truth, I haven't had much sleep last night. I woke up at the tiniest sound. I kept on looking behind my back. The lights even flickered twice here during the part when the girl and the boy rushed out and the house was left all alone and the videocam was in the living room. I do not even want to think about it anymore because some of the things the girl was saying happened to me too such as the shadow, the noises, etc. But I know that what I experienced was nothing compared to what they experienced in the movie. It was just horrible.
Thus, Paranormal Activity to me is the scariest movie of all time. It defeated the Exorcist and all other scary movies that were ever made. I do not even think that kids should watch it.
Although, I will be watching it again with my sisters as soon as they release it on the big screen. For sure I will be covering my eyes and my ears the whole time. Besides there are three versions when it comes to the ending. They say that the ending of the movie that is circulating on the world wide web is different from the ending that is going to be shown on the big screen.

After a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a typical suburban "starter" tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be demonic, but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Especially when they sleep. Or try to.

Even Steven Spielberg was spooked out and he does not even scare easily. Check out what happened to him here.

Blame It On The Chair
I have always wanted to go to a gym and do some work-out but I know that I will not be able to do it religiously which is why I refrain from starting any routine. It only works when you do it regularly. Plus, I do not know what kind of exercise routine I should start out with. Should I enroll in a dance class, a yoga class or the regular aerobics class? There was even a time when I even wanted to try a strip dance class, a pole dancing class and belly dancing class. It would be super cool to be able to do any of those. But I have not, which is clearly evident on how I look like now. I have gained so much weight from sitting down so much. Yeah, I suppose I am going to blame it on my computer chair for being so comfortable. I can sit down on it for hours on end and I do not get a back ache or even a butt ache. Yeah, blame it on the chair. Hehehe. I cannot blame it on the lack of places and gyms where I can enroll in because there are lots I tell you.
Anyways, even if my chair is soooo comfortable I know that I would have to get out of it someday soon if I want to do something about my weight. Weight gain is not the most healthy thing in the world and it is not so much as looking good but in staying healthy. We all have to be healthy. But one thing is for sure if I would be taking classes, I will be looking for one that is at par such as the one that pilates boston has. My cousin says that they are the best when it comes to physical exercise. They will not only make sure that you stay healthy but you should also look good too. Their advertisements are their clients and the clients speak well of the place. I sure wish we live anywhere near that place so I will be able to start on my workout soon. If I could just find something that is as good as the one that they have, I would be so happy. I might even forget I have a chair that I can sit on for hours on end.

This Is It
We were able to watch Michael Jackson's This Is It! Grabe. He sure was super duper awesome! He was a total performer! It clearly showed why he was considered as such and it also showed why the people around him adored him so much. As much as he was a great performer, he was also a great person. He did not have any kind of artistic temperament that all of our modern artists have. He was polite and when he wants something he asks for it in a nice way. A lot of artists will learn a lot from him. This is not only when it comes to how he danced, how he sang and how he was hands on when it came to everything but on how he dealt with the people around him. He treated everybody with so much respect and with so much love considering that he did not have to be. One thing he was not was a diva. Sana lang the so-called artists of today will learn that from him because it does not really matter if you are a great singer or a great leader or whatever it is that you are if you are not a good person.
We sure have lost a great man and I am pretty sure that it would take a long time before anybody can follow in his footsteps. I am sure glad that my daughter (who is only 5 years old) knew him. When he died, my daughter cried buckets of tears everyday for a couple of days. I hope that she will pass the memory of MJ on to her kids too so MJ will be remembered forever. While watching This Is It, she was dancing and moving to the music. You will not be able to help it! His passion is contagious.
Thank you MJ for being who you are and thank you for sharing your talent to the world.

Skin Curse, Skin Cure
For the past few months, I have been having skin problems. Those who know me personally know how bad my skin is now. One of my husband's niece even said that it looked like freckles. That is how bad it is now and how many they are. That is why I have been looking for the right Acne Cream for myself.
The truth is I am not just looking for any acne treatment. They are a dime a dozen and you can find them anywhere. What I am looking for is the solution to my skin problem. One that will not only dry up the pimples but it will also make all the dark spots disappear after only 1 day or 2. THAT is the perfect acne treatment for me because it will not only remove the acne/pimple but there will be no trace of it left as soon as possible which are all the important things that I look for in an acne treatment.
There was a time when I did not really care when it came to the ingredients that were used when it came to acne treatment. This is probably why it made my skin problem worse. But now I know better and I would like to thank acnecream.com for letting their readers know about the dangers of choosing an acne treatment with benzoyl peroxide in it. For sure I will come back for more information on how to get rid of this skin curse.

Gifts To Give On Christmas
I had a fun time with my siblings last night. We had pizza, mojos and coke while watching PBB. I saw the face massager again and I said that I am going to give all of them one each on Christmas. If only I know were to find it. Actually, my gift to them is either that or Holiday Fun Eyeglasses from Zenni Optical. At least I know where to get it and I would not have a hard time looking for several pairs. I am sure they would love it especially since there are New Arrivals that are out now. Who knows? Maybe I might be able to give them both since they are so affordable. At $8 Prescription Zenni Glasses, they are definitely a steal.

The Worst Is Over
I was not able to sleep well last night. I was awake until 3:00 am because of the typhoon. It was raining hard last night. I do not want to wake up to a flooded room. I was only able to sleep when the rain let up a little. I woke up again at 4:30 am because of the wind. It was howling. It was scary! But the great thing about it was there was no more rain. A few minutes after the that, electricity went out so I could no longer sleep. But it was so windy that it was cold. I was only able to sleep soundly at 6 am. Woke up again at 9 am. Electricity came back at around 10 am, internet a few minutes after and cable at lunch time.
They say that the worst is over. Thank God!
